An original oil on canvas depicting the township of Caerphilly, as seen from its mountain. 
This piece was deliberately painted in an incredibly loose style to properly illustrate how the town is typically viewed by the naked eye from the mountain.
I looked to add as much green as I could, even in areas where this luscious colour may be missing. I did this in honour of the Green that’s so often associated with the town, and it’s local rugby side.
This piece would be a perfect gift to somebody who perhaps misses their hometown, and would enjoy something that would reinspire those old memorise
